Beat Heartbreak for people like Nino

Nino was born with a type of congenital heart disease called transposition of the great arteries (TGA) but Nino’s life was saved because more than 30 years ago a BHF professor invented an operation, known as the switch, to fix the arteries of babies born with this condition. Thanks to research, who knows where Nino’s future will take him.

The BHF funds research each year into all heart and circulatory diseases and the things that cause them. Heart diseases. Stroke. Vascular dementia. Diabetes. They're all connected, and they're all under our microscope.

Research has given us machines that can restart hearts, the ability to fix arteries in tiny babies, the power to give someone a heart they weren’t born with, and so much more.

But heart and circulatory diseases still kill 1 in 4 in the UK, they cause heartbreak on every street. And that’s why the work of the BHF is as urgent and vital as ever.

Research is the promise to protect the people we love. Our parents. Our brothers. Our sisters. Our grandparents. Our closest friends.
Research is who we are. The promise of future preventions, treatments and cures.
You can help The BHF continue to fund this life-saving research and to beat heartbreak forever by simply recycling your old inkjet cartridge. Thank you.

Since becoming a partner of the British Heart Foundation, The Recycling Factory have donated over £165,000 but we don’t want it to stop there. So, please continue to recycle for the British Heart Foundation and help us grow our partnership.

This recycling scheme for charities is a completely free of charge service. We promise that 100% of the value of all inkjet cartridges which are successfully recycled will be donated to this charity.

Only selected inkjet cartridges are eligible for a donation, therefore please ensure that you check to see if the cartridge that you intend to recycle is listed.
