Please see below for details of how your mobile phone will be graded:
WORKING
Each mobile phone should:
- Turn on and off - ie include a working battery
- Be fully functional
- Have it's battery
- Not be barred or water damaged
- Not have significant damage, although it may have some mild cosmetic damage, such as light scratching to fascias and surrounds
- The phone should contain it's memory card, if supplied with one
- Must have all it's components eg buttons, back covers etc.
- All software must be in working order
NON-WORKING
Phones will either have/be:
- A broken screen
- No power
- Button(s) not working
- A broken speaker, aerial etc.
- Extensive fascia damage
- Missing battery
- Been locked
- SIM card glued in
- Locked or restricted
- IMEI sticker missing
- Cracked camera lens
- Components missing eg buttons, back covers etc.
- Does not charge properly or hold charge for very long
Once The Recycling Factory receives your mobile phone to process, we shall assume full title and will not be able to return it.
Blocked or stolen mobile phones are not processed and we reserve the right to refuse and return the shipment of product we do not wish to accept.
