Quality/Environmental policy

The Board of Directors of the DCI group are fully committed to the International Standard EN ISO 9001:2000 and EN ISO 14001:2004. Registration is a further endorsement of the company's policies and objectives which are to provide products of a higher quality with better service and value than our competitors and to comply with the needs and expectations of it's customers.

The Board of Directors are fully committed to preventing pollution and complying with current European Environmental legislation. Our products are designed to meet customer environmental requirements by using where possible recyclable materials and reducing packaging.

The Board is committed to reviewing and reducing the number of non-conformities, both internal and external, and to the continual improvement of the Quality / Environmental Management Systems throughout the organisation.

This policy shall be transmitted via notice boards, internet web sites and during induction training. Employees of the organisation are considered to be the best asset, and as such, full participation in the development and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental systems are achieved.
