Welcome to The ME Association Recycling Page

The ME Association wants the UK to be a better place for the 250,000 children and adults with ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome – somewhere where the physical nature of the illness is taken seriously and sufferers get the respect they deserve.

The charity brings campaigning, information and support to the mix to make this happen and runs ME Connect, the UK’s premier ME/CFS helpline, on 0844 576 5326. The charity also funds research to end the scourge of this illness.

The recycling scheme is completely free of charge and 100% of the value of all inkjet cartridges successfully recycled will be donated to this charity. There are certain cartridges which are eligible for the charity scheme, so please ensure that you check to see if yours is listed.

If your inkjet cartridge is listed and you would like to send it into us, please click on the freepost downloadable label below and affix to your own packaging. Please note that the freepost weight limit is 1kg; if you have multiple items and think that you may exceed this weight limit, you may have to split them into smaller packages.

Recycling in larger volumes
If you are looking to recycle in larger volumes i.e. quantities of 100 or more inkjet cartridges, or quantities of more than 20 laser toner cartridges, you must ensure that you check the lists above to ensure that what you are sending in is accepted on the scheme.  If your items are eligible, please call The Recycling Factory Team on 0800 091 0696 to set up a free recycling account.  Once your account is in place, you will be able to access online instructions on how to package your items and how to arrange a free courier collection.
