In order to ensure an efficient and more streamlined service, we have improved the way in which collections are now arranged. This is so that you, as the customer, have more control over when your collections are booked.


Simply follow these steps to arrange your inkjet and/or toner cartridge collection:

  1. Complete the form below with your details and submit this to us.
  2. We will email you with a returns label that will provide collection instructions.
  3. Speak directly with FedEx, and arrange a collection on a day that is suitable for you.


If you do not have a recycling account with us, please email to enquire about our collection service.  Please note that in order to be eligible for a collection, you must have approximately 100 inkjet cartridges or 20 laser toner cartridges (max weight 20kg per box).


We do not accept compatible or non-original cartridges, fax or photocopier cartridges, or brands such as Sharp, Ricoh, Toshiba, Konica Minolta or Panasonic.


If you are recycling for cash, please ensure that you are only recycling the cartridges that are eligible for the scheme. (To view our web user list, please click here: inkjet cartridges, toners.
